Name: Brooke Murray
Bio: Brooke is the girl next door. She’s sweet, she’s smart, she’s friendly, she’s everything that you ever wanted to be. But you’re not Brooke, and so you have to just try to get on her good side, something that everyone wants to do. She may be one of the youngest girls around the office, but she’s looked up to by so many—even the ones older than her. Brooke is used to this, though, because her entire life there has always been someone that wants to be her. But to Brooke, it’s all a lie. Brooke hates her life and wishes that she could just slip out of her own skin and leave it all behind. Nobody knows about Brooke’s ugly past—her severe drinking, her abusive boyfriend, how she let down her parents and younger siblings. Brooke had been in the dark for a long, long time, but last year she finally got her crap together. She dumped her boyfriend, quit the drinking, waited until her bruises healed, and applied for a job at CI. Her family thinks that Brooke is a better, new person, but Brooke knows that deep down, she’s just the same person that she once was. Every day she thinks that she’ll lose her job, move back home and her boyfriend will guilt her into coming back to him. And she’s been close to that many times; it gets harder and harder when her ex shows up at the office every few weeks.

What's your favorite kind of event to plan at CI?
> I love to plan weddings, no matter how many 'bridezillas' or 'nervous nellies' you go through, in the end its great to see happy smiles and joyful tears, knowing you made someones day of love, filled with so many memories.
What was the most memorable event you've planned thus far, good or bad?
> my most memorable event was a good one, it was a wedding in fact and the bride was getting married to a marine. It was a beautifully planned wedding, with pearl and crystal accents and the colors were navy blue and white. It was just absolutely gorgeous.
What do you think of the other girls at CI? Do you have any enemies?
> I get along well with the girls, the only thing i would have to say is that you need to stay on my good side. overall the girls are very sweet and i dont have too much trouble with them.
Will you be able to submit at least two sets a week?
> yes! of course :) if any problem were to occur i would PM a mod. though of course, i havent had any problems in the past though!
Do you have any storyline in mind with the character you chose?
> yes, i want brooke to finally have a resting position, i want her to fall in love with someone special *youl have to read to find out who ;) * and i want her to be able to get things back to normal and to have fun again, just be happy and find adventure in her life.

I walked in the office, my caramel mocha latte, and chanel bag in my hands. I carried my briefcase and walked through the level.
the girls ran and rushed getting paperwork done, on the phones with customers, I looked around and made a b-line for the doorway of my office.
I walked in and shut the door and giggled. Busy bee's running all over the place. I sat down and got my papers out. I opened the laptop and was distracted by the picture of me and my dog Roo. It was from last new years and I was in the midst of laughing.
I smiled and continued to type my document and checking emails for callista.
I took a sip of the latte swallowing it down and sitting back in my chair. I was beyond tired from staying up eating chinese take-out watching sappy love comedies.
I focused once again to getting my work done when I sensed a large shadow cast upon my desk. I quickly looked up to see my ex appear.
"please, these 'work visits' have to stop.. your going to get me fired" i was flustered and upset
"baby, just give me another chance, i wanna make things work, i CAN make things work, i WILL make things work" he started "beautiful, hear me out--" He continued.
"STOP" I stammered. "listen" I began in a hushed but sharp whisper "leave, right now.. theres the door, use it" I pointed.
"angel c'mon, brooke baby, you dont give me a chance to talk" his eyes glistened and his voice was gentle and calm
"listen please, i have to get work done, please.." i looked at him, concerned and upset
"alright.. but just answer my calls, i really want to talk" he aid placing his hand on mine.
I ignored him and pulled my hand away. It stung, even though he ever-so-gently placed his hand on mine, his touch stung.. flashbacks ran through my mind of being pushed up against the wall, his face being so close to mine i could feel his breath on my face as he furiously screamed at me.
He shut the door quietly as he walked out.
I placed my hands over my face and cried...
as soon as i get a little better, i become a little worse
